We believe in the power of young people to shape a better future, and we’ve been walking that talk since 2013.
From leadership development to digital and vocational training, we’ve reached over 200,000 youth with skills that open doors to decent work and meaningful opportunities.
We’re proud to be one of Nigeria’s leading youth-focused nonprofits. Over 90% of our team is made up of passionate, creative, and resilient young people. They’re not just contributing ideas—they’re shaping our strategies, leading our programs, and driving real impact across communities.
For us, youth leadership isn’t just something we talk about—it’s how we operate. It is who we are.
Between 2023 and 2024 alone, we trained over 150,000 youth across Nigeria through our #DSEP program, funded by Coca-Cola Foundation. And we’re not stopping; our CTVET program is currently offering even more training in digital and vocational skills.
With support from generous donors including Bet9ja Foundation, we empowered undergraduates from universities and tertiary institutions across Nigeria through our Ethics Quiz program, providing funds to help them continue their studies. It was a powerful reminder of how small actions can make a big difference.
Through our C-Jobs and Internships, we’re connecting skilled youth to recruiters, helping bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
This year’s #IYD theme, “Local Youth Actions for the SDGs and Beyond,” speaks directly to our work. Every initiative we run contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals—especially in education, decent work, industry, innovation and Infrastructure, reduced inequalities, and partnerships.
We’re not stopping. We are more committed than ever to expanding our reach and deepening our impact. We want to see even more young people equipped, empowered, and leading change in their communities.
