The Founding Executive Director of the Centre for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD), Mr David
Anyaele, has bagged a doctoral degree in Political Science from the Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun.
The Centre’s Acting Director, Mr Godwin Unumeri, disclosed this while congratulating Anyaele in a statement to newsmen in Owerri, on Wednesday.
Our correspondent reports that Anyaele bagged a PhD in Political Science (Law and Diplomacy), making his mark in a world of inequalities.
Unumeri described the achievement as a reflection of Anyaele’s dedication to learning, excellence, leadership, and service over the years and a demonstration of capability in disability.
He said that the entire CCD team celebrates not only his academic achievement but also his continued commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
“ With this achievement, you have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the rights, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and their families.
“ More importantly, you have inscribed your name in the sands of time as both an inspiration and exemplar of the limitless capabilities inherent in disability.
“ With our heads in the clouds, we, the CCD family, extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. David Anyaele (PhD).
“ We wish him greater wisdom, fulfillment, and many more achievements as he continues to serve humanity and contribute to the development of an inclusive society “, he said.
